This is AmiRah. Wow!!! I cant believe we are finally in the planning stages of opening a Personal Care Home (MMDD first, then Seniors) as well as Non Medical Home Care Division (for Seniors).

I have the workings of a great business plan already. I am doing my due diligence (market analysis, census, county stats, etc).

I am wondering has anyone come across a good inexpensive start up Non Medical Home Care guide, preferably an e-book.

Also, where do I get all my forms from. I do not want to take forms from my employer...not cool.
