Red face Interview with a nurse entrepreneur for school paper

Hi everyone. I'm a nursing student who'll be graduating pretty soon (less than a month) and I have to write a paper on a nurse entrepreneur by Friday - eek! I'd completely forgotten about the paper and now I'm kinda desperate. If anyone knows or if any of you are a nurse entrepreneur that would be willing to answer a few questions to help out a lowly student, I would really appreciate it. I have a list of about 15 questions that includes stuff like how did you start your business? What challenges did you face? etc...

If you have any suggestions, you can email me or if you'd rather I post the questions on the forum, I can do that too.

Thank you all very much.

Try contacting "cosmetic tattooist" or "laser RN". They are both extremely helpful and seem to be doing great with their business.

I myself am just starting as a Nurse Entreprenuer performing Botox and Restylane treatments. I'll soon incorporate tattoo removal.

You picked a great subject to write on!

Re: Interview with a nurse entrepreneur for school paper

I've just sent them emails. Thank you very much for the suggestion. I wish you all the best in your business - I didn't know that nurses could give Botox treatments and at the risk of revealing my complete lack of sophistication, I have to ask: What is Restylane?

Restylane is a dermal filler also called hyaluronic acid. It is injected intradermally under the wrinkle. It acts like a sponge and attracts you body's water to the area to "plump up" the wrinkle. It can also be injected in lips

"...also called hyaluronic acid..."
Ding ding! Gotcha. Now that I've heard of - it's the stuff in synovial fluid right? I think I've actually heard about this procedure before in one of the morning talk shows.

There, I don't feel like such a rube anymore. Thanks!

Re: Interview with a nurse entrepreneur for school paper

I got 100 on the paper thanks to Siri. And no, I'm not posting it. I'm not usually shy about my work but this paper really did not deserve that grade. The paper was mostly Siri's interview with a couple of paragraphs before and after and a journal reference article thrown in. The grade was more of an acknowledgment that it was done and was legible than any reflection of brilliance! So, no. I'm not posting it.

Thanks for the interest though!
