IC with Medicaid Waivers

I took this job as a personal favor for a beloved husband of a former patient <nurse/pt relationship many many years ago>. Contracted for 4 hours a month which has blossomed into for right now about 22 hours a month. I LOVE it! Learning tons in many aspects of my role, working with clients that I never would have had contact with in the hospital.

Of course I have tons of questions and will need tons of advice/support from you all

YES, Twink. I've been trying to get the IC (Independent Contractor) message out there for years. I too work as an INP (Independent Nurse Provider) for Medi-Cal in CA. I've been doing it two years and love the work and the independence.

RNs - dwell in possibility.
