Home-Based Nursing??

Before I became an RN, I was a medical transcriptionist. I worked for a local hospital but did all the work from home. I loved the freedom it gave me! I miss that job. Are there any home-based nursing jobs out there? Or any jobs without set hours? I know it's not necessarily an Entrepreneur thing, but I wasn't sure where to post this question.

I am looking for a home based nursing too. But I cannot find one. That is why I enrolled in medical transcriptionist career program to work in the home setting only. If you find one share it.
