Job Issues - business venture

Would love to talk to other nurses who have/would like to ventue into their own health/nursing related business. I'm tired of working so hard and not being compensated as much as the person I would like to have clean my house.

Re: business venture

I would also love to open my open business, I started thinking about an agency, but the capital is too high and a bit risky for me...
I also know from other ventures, it has to be something I am passionate about, that will get you through the lean times, just for the love of the business
thoughts from anyone
