Hello everyone,

I am wondering if anyone has or works for this company. The callcenter training is in East Tennessee and I was thinking about applying. I'm currently in the ER but want to work telephone triage.

Thanks for any help you can give me. I did do a search but nothing specific came up.

I've met a few of their folks at a software conference. They do lots of different things but I don't know a whole lot of specifics yets.
