Question salary range 2007

I am trying to determine what the salary cap would be for our callcenter RN's. We start new hires at $23/hr w a .75+ for bilingual. Would some folks be so kind as to reply asap? Thanks!

Re: salary range 2007

I don't work in a call center and I've been an RN for 20 years. I make just under $25/hr.
BTW, I was born in Sanford.

Re: salary range 2007

I'm in the Southeastern US where nurses are paid significantly less than in other parts of the country. I have 13 years of nursing experience and earn just under 21/hour.

Re: salary range 2007

I believe our range is currently between $24-27 to start. I can't remember the ceiling. We are having a very hard time keeping our nurses as they are finding similar positions for more pay??? But it sounds like we are somewhat competitive with all whom have posted here.

I'd be happy with that. I only make $17/hr as it is now.
