Does anyone work for Optum? or know someone who does? They are opening a call center where I live and wanted to know approximately how much they pay (if you don't mind sharing).

Optum salaries vary by geographic location, so unless you are able to find someone in your specific location, that information is not going to be of much value......
I remember finding some job descriptions/salary info via some of the online job-seeker websites, however, I was (quite pleasantly) surprised to find that the posted salary was about $10K lower than what I was offered...
Maybe someone will be able to give you better info than I can...if you have other questions, feel free to send me a PM...I'll be glad to share whatever info I can....
