Can you help me?

Help! I have to make a decision FAST.
I am a TT nurse. I love my job, basically.
I am up for an interview job with Workman's comp case management.
Better hours, pay, etc.....
It is an office job, I would MUCH rather work for Intellicare at home, but haven't heard back from them.
Question is...anyone here ever do case management?
What comparisons would you make with telephone triage?
Is it enjoyable work?
