Ok so I replied to that almost this time last yr. Things change very quickly there. I've been gone since 8/07. Working till 9pm EVERY day gets old. The promises of bonuses wnt out the window. Top management bought a hockey team (Nashville Predators)
They lost a huge contract, and are tied up in the Medicare pilot. Financial reports suggest they are making big bucks, but it is not being passed on to the employees. In May they announced a 3mil bonus from an account,which was supposed to go directly into the bonus pool. By Ealry July the announcement came that there would be NO bonus. This company fired a NUN, because she spoke up.
They beat 3 calls per hr into your head, and you must stay "on the dialer" 85%. Pee breaks are deducted. Some folks eat at their desks, to be sure they have their dialer time in.
From my buds that are left, things are not getting any better.

I have heard that AH has gotten worse than what you describe. Now they are pushing more calls per hour and less time on the phone. Many nurses I know came from AH.
