American Healthway ad and hours

I responded to an ad of American Healthways website. It states its full time, within 830a-830p including Sats 8 or 10 hours. Then I see an ad on a job website for this company that states full time with 8 or 10 hour shifts hours of operations 7a to 10p. M-F and Sat 830a-830p. Now hiring for afternoon and evening hours. Also part time between 3-10p.
Why do they have different ads and hours? What really are their hours of operations. I responded to the hours 830a to 830p. I have a call back from them. I know people are not that thrilled with this company but I am looking at all of my options. Also is disease management in 1 area or do you work in all the areas?
