Okay so I tried to sell my OB and PEds textbooks at Half.com but they are not accepting my bank account numbers. Are there any other websites where I can sell my textbooks? Do they always ask for credit card and bank account information?

Yes they do. You can sell on facebook or amazon.com or just identify the students coming behind you and sell to them.

I don't know what area you're in but you could try craigslist.org. I don't think they ask for any info, just an email address.

I have seen this site, but I don't like that they decide if they like the condition of your book and how much they give you for it. You have to send the book in and they might tell you they don't like it. Then if you want it back you have to pay for shipping or they trash it.
Have you tried amazon, I am not sure why a site would not accept your bank account info. This is how they transfer your money once you sell your books. I had no problems with amazon.com.

Try ebay. You have to open a seller acct. to sell on there though. also, try amazon, textbooks.com, campus books.com. Good luck.

eBay sells lots of used textbooks

recently I participated in bidding on a textbook and I, the buyer pay for the book and shipping costs (hasn't arrived yet)

on eBay both seller and buyer can communicate via eBay email system

Definitely Amazon! I would not go with anyone else. Make sure you research your book by ISBN# to see what the lowest price is, and if reasonable undercut it by a dollar (if comparable to the condition of your book)- it works! The only thing is that initially you have to wait for 14 days to receive your money (after the 14 day wait you can transfer the money once nightly). There should be no problem with your bank account info. They will deposit a very small amount into it which you can go online to check what it is (this is how they're able to verify your account), but in the meantime you will be set to go! You can join and list the same day. However, I find that textbooks are somewhat seasonal and tend to sell best about 3 weeks before up to 1 or 2 weeks after a semester starts.
