That's the truth! I carry that with my pharm book in my backpack with other supplies, walk from the parking lot to the nursing building, and then up three flights of stairs. Pretty good workout!

We used Iggy. It is OK. I think it could have been organized a little better. There are some sections that are excrutiatingly detailed and others that are excrutiatingly repetitive. I did read a lot of the material, but ended up using it more as a reference than my main text.

We used Phipp's Med/Surg, it wasn't too bad as far as science texts go, it went a little too in depth at times, which is good for later use, but makes it hard when studying

We are using Lemone as well...

I just ordered mine from Amazon and haven't gotten it yet. Supposedly it comes with access to "my nursing lab" or something. Its a requirement for my class. We start next month. Couldn't tell you how good it is yet though.

We used Lewis...and didn't care for it. Often I'd suffer through an entire chapter..confused..only to have a major point explained 3 chapters later. It was very disorganized. I did like all the charts though and boxes pointing out important info.

Iggy and it stinks, I can't seem to follow what topic I am on, must pick through every chapter looking for signs and symptoms or interventions
very confusing
