I am trying to find a better time management sheet to use for clinical. the one we use at my school is good, but you can only use it for 2 patients and it is missing a few things. ... I tired to upload it to share with you but it wont let me. I need one that can at least have 3 pt.

Anyway if any of you have any to share or any idea's on how to make one, let me know.

Attached is the worksheet I used for clinicals the last 2 semesters. I got somewhere here on allnurses and modified it for my needs.

However, since starting my externship, I've found that this form is too simple to really take report and have begun using a single page per pt sheet. I'll upload it once I've gotten the formatting correct. I might go back to multi-pts per sheet when I have more experience, or not.
