Talking TEAS questions that stumped you

Hello everyone!

I'll be taking the TEAS test in a couple weeks, which I'm pretty excited about. I've figured out a great timing strategy, my strengths and weaknesses, BUT I'm wondering if there's something I'm forgetting. Are there any subject areas or specific questions that caught you off guard? Was there anything in particular that you thought "I knew I should have spent more time studying this"?

Thanks in advance!

work on fractions, decimals, percentages, number placement, ration, division , whole numbers, mixed numbers, adding, subtracting. A GED book or a basic college book will help you there is also a site you can google and purchase the teas test book. Good Luck

Re: TEAS questions that stumped you

Nothing really stumped me I thought the TEAS book did a great job getting me ready for the exam.

The thing I recomend to everyone though is to be able to do simple math problems fast! The biggest issue I heard from everyone was they could not complete the math section, it wasn't hard math just math with multiple steps mulitple problems you don't have much time maybe 2minutes per questions max.

Yes, definitely metrics-english conversions. And there were some science questions that were hard, such as the hereditary gene stuff (alleles and whatnot). I still don't get it, so don't ask me! But overall I did well and thought the actual test was WAY easier than the study guide!
