I need your help or anyone can lead/direct me to a website that have the list of all sickness and diseases of human body and their signs and symptoms.

or if you have it kindly post it here. I will just copy and paste it =)

This one is kind of the reverse of what you're asking - you put in symptoms and it gives you the possible diseases. I hope that works for you. I don't know about every single disease in existence, though - that would have to be a really big site!
