What types of shoes do you recommend for clinicals? I cant find nursemates anywhere in my area. I have a very limited choice of shoes to pick from and was wondering what do you recommend? TIA.

Re: Shoes

I don't start nursing school until the fall so my advice is just second hand, but I bought a pair of New Balance walking shoes. My sister who's been a nurse for 13 years says the nursemates aren't that great. If my school would allow crocs I'd wear them but they're not leather so I'll have to stick to wearing them as street shoes.

Re: Shoes

I just bought a pair of regular non nursing shoes. I love Kswiss so that is what i got for clinicals because i worked long hours in them and they are comfy.
