Exclamation Procedure of changing an oxygen tank - NEED HELP URGENTLY!!!!

hello there,
im currently doing an assignment and i need the procedure of how to change an oxygen tank and i also need to know how do to be sure that the tank is empty.

Usually we just bring a full tank to the patient and remove the empty one. Most o2 tanks have some kind of gauge to tell you how much o2 is left in the tank. Hope this helps!!
