I wish you all the best and a whole lot of luck. I took mine three weeks ago and felt sick at my stomach worrying about how in the world I could remember a whole semester's worth of advanced pharm material. But then I surmised that of course it isn't possible to have ALL the questions from ALL the chapters on this one exam; only portions and bits of ALL the chapters. So that did reduce down some of my anxiety. Come test time, it worked out pretty good to have multi subjects spread out over the entire exam instead of me completely failing one or two 50 point exams. You will find that you actually do know this stuff because you're getting it in doses/increments and may allow you to get more right in more sections. This was the one stand alone class that had the highest priority anxiety, and pass or fail status. Alas, after exam was done, got my grade and passed I was completely surprised that I came out decent on it. I think you will too once you see the test and plow through it. You can cross the finish line!
