I would appreciate it if someone can recommend a site that offers tips on ob calculations. Thanks!

A search of my files turned up four links with information specifically on OB medications. If you check the medication calculation threads (the ones with stickys in either this forum or the Nursing Student Assistance Forum) you should find all kinds of links to websites with IV problems.

http://www.accd.edu/sac/nursing/math/mathindex2.html - basic tutorial on getting started with pharmacology math. At the bottom of this home page is a drop down box where you link into any of the following subjects: common conversion factors/equivalencies, common abbreviations, ratio and proportion, IV problems, titration problems, and pediatric pharmacology math.
http://www.accd.edu/sac/nursing/math/default.html -- the start page of this pharmacology math tutorial presented by the nursing department at the San Antonio College. By clicking on the "Go Figure" button you can access quizzes on Basic med calculations, IV, Pediatric and OB med calculations. The quizzes all have answers. Follow the directions.

http://go.dbcc.edu/hhps/nursing/medication_calculations.html - from Daytona Beach Community College Nursing Department. This is the home page with links into med calc problems. All kinds of nursing math worksheets of calculation problems with answers for tablets, IVs, peds and OB meds. You'll have to check the links. I don't remember which particular ones are the OB ones.

http://www.brooksidepress.org/Products/Military_OBGYN/Pharmacy/Medications.htm - a huge list of medications you can link to for information. Contains a lot of commonly used OB/GYN medications. From a military source for OB/GYN

http://www.geocities.com/nyerrn/rx/acls.htm - a massive list of links to information about medications from Emergency Room RN. Includes OB/Gyn, Pediatrics, CPR and ACLS drugs to name a few plus many other specific conditions as well.

You should also check these sites on e-University, which is an OB site for students. I think that a few of these might have some specific information on medications used in OB.
