#1 Nursing Resource: 8 Million pageviews per month

I'm new to this site but not new to nursing. I'm in my 2nd semester but seem to be having difficulties with Nursing 2. Are there any strategies anyone can suggest I use? Any review books anyone can recommend? Any help would be great.
