Please help. I need some more song ideas for our pinning ceremony. Would like fitting music both for when people are being seated and during our slide show. So far I have:

Dream Big
RESPECT
The River
Celebrate

Sorry if I was unclear. The songs I had listed are the songs that I have already selected. I agree that the Dream Big song is perfect! Our slide show is rather long, and I need a couple more ideas. Thanks for your reply!

If I had a choice of songs, I'd pick "Don't stop", by Fleetwood Mac, It sums up my whole year!

We were given three choices for next weeks pinning: Star Wars theme (yuk) or "It's a Beautiful Day" by U2, "Schools Out" by Alice Cooper. Some people also suggested the song "Highway to Hell" by ACDC. but the faculty wasn't amused.

Thanks everyone for your ideas...We will be burning the CD tomorrow afternoon for Friday evening's pinning, so let me know if you think of anything else fitting...and I guess appropriate. ha,ha. Highway to Hell would be one but not the other. MG

"let it be" by the Beatles is nice. It's what we are using for our pinning ceremony. Also using beautiful day and I believe I can fly... Everything is so close to being finished I can't believe it!

I attended the pinning ceremony this morning for our graduating nurses, and they used "You Raise Me Up" . Then during the part where they had the candlelighting cermony with the nurse's lamp, they had "Go Light Your World". Both were great. I hadn't heard of the second one but it fit perfectly.
It was a very beautiful ceremony and I can't wait to help plan my class ceremony next year!!!!!
