Need to locate a source that has complex/difficult Nclex questions

My OB instructors questions are more difficult than the Nclex. I need to find a source that are similar to hers. Sad thing is I have at least 4 Nclex review books and none of them have questions that compare to the difficulty and complexity of hers. (Read my last post, the entire class failed her 1st exam. 44 people.) Any books or websites you know of?? TIA

Re: Need to locate a source that has complex/difficult Nclex questions

I noticed that the NCLEX style questions that are on my Med-Surg text (Ingatavicius, Edition 5) cd are way more nitpicking than my Davis NCLEX questions. Doesn't your OB text have an NCLEX section? If not, then I would suggest looking for a text that does have OB specific questions.

G'luck.

I would suggest what they call the mustard book. Our OB instructors questions were way more difficult then the NCLEX review books too. I am trying to remember the real name of the book. It was something like Maternal Nursing and it is mustard colored. They also have one for PEDs it is blue. Most of my class did most of their studying from the mustard book and at least passed....

NCLEX 3500 is a pretty hard disc - school says it's harder than the NCLEX..and I hope they're right!

Now see I did not find the NCLEX 3500 difficult at all really.

I have that book (Maternal and Newborn Nursing, Prentice Hall) and sadly its not as complicated as I thought it would be.
