Try http://www.medscape.com and sign up for free membership, then do a search. You should get a large number of hits.

doesn't your school have access to CINAHL or OVID? My small community college does, the log in is the long ID # on the back of your student ID card, my sil's school, FGCU also has a similar set up that is also no cost to students and you can print from virtually every journal that other sites want you to pay for, you may want to stop in the library and talk to someone about how to use this as it will be invaluable as you progress in your classes
