Assistance - Loan HELP!!

My parent wasn't approved for a Parent Plus Loan. I was told by a financial advisor that I can take out an additional amount but, its not enough to cover the remainding balance. The financial aid advisor tiold me that I can only take out $1,000. I just wanted to know if that was true? Is there any way that I can apply for a private loan or something like that without a co-signer?

Re: Loan HELP!!

You can apply for a private loan. I just googled "private student loan" and a ton will come up. Just make sure to read everything, there are some that can even be repayed after graduation! Good Luck!
