I'm in Florida Hospital College of Health Sciences RN to BSN program and it is accredited with the National League Of Nursing. My degree is going to BSN, FHCHS, not "I got an online degree............"
Online RN to BSN programs, and other degrees for that matter, are more and more common nowadays that employers don't bat an eye. Don't think for a minute it's going to hold you back.
The course work is challenging. Most courses allow you to take one class at a time and progress over a period of 18 to 24 months, which allows you to work as an RN. Here's a sample of the courses I have to take.
They are set up to have a live online chat once a week. Also there are lots of papers. Most of the instructors have a power point presentation every week that you watch, which is their "lecture", which varies in length.
