Something to show that following orders exactly as written does not mean that a nurse can't be negligent in her nursing duties.
Yeah, I was also thinking about a medication error, it seems to be the most common mistake. We're humans mistakes happen! I was thinking like maybe a patient with an allergy to morphine and the nurse simply overlooking the allergy resulting in an anaphylactic shock or something of that nature.
