Question? - Leadership Project Ideas

Hello,
I am in the last few months of my LPN to RN program and I need an idea for a leadership project. Our instructors didn't give us an ideas and I am running out of time. One of the students is doing a blood drive and another is teaching some CNA's at her work how to properly do peri-care. Does anyone have any ideas or know of anything that has worked for them in the past?
