It hasn't really sunk in yet...but it's official!......NO MORE MED-SURG/LTC CLINICALS As of right now....with 8 hr off-site for psych, and 36 hrs of capstone(RN precepting in the hospital...) I will BE DONE!!!!!!! and I had a bunch of residents telling me as I'm assessing them, and meeting them in the morning..."Oh, you'll be great! You're so nice! Congratulations!" and I kept wanting to go "You know the focus is supposed to be on you, right?" LOL......
but here goes folks....the last few weeks before pinning!!!!

I, too was dreading LTC....but you get through the days, and after my first week, the rest of the weeks went by fast, and well....one day at a time...
