It will probably feel incredibly overwhelming the first month to two months. However, after that you begin to understand how the exams are, what your instructors focus on, and where you can start cutting corners and still maintain good grades.
I personally work 20 hours a week, but I took a months leave of absence the first month of nursing school and now feel very comfortable working 20 hours a week because it is not nearly time consuming as it was the first month because I see where I can "cut corners" and still maintain 'A's'.
And yes, your house will probably be a mess for a while and you may have to crack down and eat unhealthy once a week, but you can do it.. trust me!

Just think that if the girl/guy next to you is able to do it, so are you!
