I'm Shannon and I have my own sorority, 3 girls 7, 4, and 2 1/2. I'm in my 3rd (out of 4) semester of an ASN program and will be graduating in May!!! I really liked my observation days in the OR, but am leaning towards working on a MedSurg floor for a year or so first. Any advice would be appreciated!!

Greetings! My name is Lisa. I am 30-years-old. I have been married for 11-years and have 2 beautiful, wonderful children (9-year-old daughter & 1-year-old son)! I am currently enrolled in my first semester of a 2-year ADN program and I am taking Fundamentals of Nursing and Pharmacology. Nursing is always something thats been in my heart. I have a great love for people and a genuine desire to help and care for others! I'm not really sure what field of nursing I want to work in when I finish school but I was leaning towards OB or OR (I'm also a surgical tech)!

Thanks for replying to this thread.

I thought we would use this one so the "older" posters wouldn't have to keep introducing ourselves and sometimes "new introduction" posts do not get seen. Thanks, everyone!

Now, I know there are more of us...guess everyone is just toooooo bussssyyyyy!
