Interview ? : What would you change in healthcare?

Hey everyone,
I know this question, " What would you change in healthcare?" "What is your biggest concern in healthcare?" will be asked for my upcoming interview. I have been trying to formulate a intelligent, bright answer. Any suggestions?

I have been thinking about med rec. since this is a major topic I have seen in clinicals, universal health care and insurances. Are there any topics I should avoid.
