Red face ideas please

Hi everyone,
I was needing some ideas on how to do a heart disease and stroke prevention powerpoint for a presentation I am giving in my class.

I dont know if I should start out with information on heart disease and stroke and then go into prevention, or just discuss prevention.

We only have 10 minutes, so I really dont know where to start.

Does anyone have any ideas or know any websites that can help me

This is the stroke prevention tutorial on the Medline Plus website:
http://www.nlm.nih.gov/medlineplus/t.../htm/index.htm

This is a listing of other tutorials on the Medline Plus site.
http://www.nlm.nih.gov/medlineplus/tutorial.html

By looking at their tutorials as well as some of the websites they will link you in to, you can get an idea of how you might want to do your presentation. Medline Plus should give you a link to the American Heart Association which should have some public consumer information on the prevention of heart disease and stroke. Medline Plus is a U.S. government sponsored website of healthcare information for U.S. consumers. To find more information on the subjects you are looking for use the search box at the top left. You will get returns of links to webpages on the National Institutes of Health websites as well as some of the more well-known medical centers and national organizations. Medline Plus is a storehouse of information and you should have it's home page bookmarked: http://medlineplus.gov/

Other websites that you may find information on are:
Healthfinder http://www.healthfinder.gov/ - from the Office of Disease Prevention and Health Promotion.
WebMD http://www.webmd.com/
http://heart.health.ivillage.com/ - this used to be called Heart Centers OnLine, but the name has changed. You will find a lot of information here including short animated videos.
