I just had to tell someone

I just found out that I passed my first quarter of nursing classes. I have been so stressed out. At the school that I am at, if you do not get a C, in the first quarter, you are put back on the waiting list for another year. I am at the age that I could not afford to do that. I am excited to start next quarter .

I was just wondering, is it just me, or are there a lot of things that you do in nursing school that you really get no credit for, except for a satisfied or not. Is every school that way?

Re: I just had to tell someone

Congrads!!! I know how relieved I was to pass my first semester- we have to get a B in everything, and it is so nerve-racking to know that at any point, you can just be dropped! I don't even want to think about it...

Not sure what you mean by getting no credit for things in school...I know that school is hard, that's for sure!!

Re: I just had to tell someone

Congratulations! I start next week and am already stressed out. Hearing happy news helps a little bit, though.

Congratulations on your first semester! That's great! That's how my school is. It's either satisfactory or unsatisfactory! Congrats again on your SATISFACTORY work!
