Help with Case Study

Iam in PathoPharm and I have to do a poster board on Lisinopril. On the poster board I have to include a casestudy. Does anyone have any ideas where to find a case study on such a thing?? I have googled myself to death to to avail...any help would be great!!

Your are doing a case study on a medication? I had to do a case study on an actual person with a real illness. ::
