Does anyone have any advice for me? I am about to finish an accelerated nursing program in Philadelphia (Drexel). I am not sure how to go about jobs. I know that I will be limited at first, since I have no experience. Is my best bet going to hospital websites directly and applying or is there a better answer? I suppose you can say im clueless and could use any advice. Thanks much

Contact the nurse recruiters at the various hospitals in your area. Attend any nursing job fairs you find advertised.

You need to check out the stickys on the Nursing Career Advice Forum of allnurses as well (http://allnurses.com/forums/f87/). Also, do a search of the forums for previous threads on job fairs.
