thanks to sites i'll check it soon i'm in the verge of breaking down we have been given a case to present individually and my topic is dengue we're just in 2nd year pls help in any way you can we've only got till friday!!!! guess 3 days is too long for our c.i.'s!!!!

another good resource for articles is www.nursing2006.com
Click on the archieves tab and you can select issues from 2002+. Most are free.
