OK sooo i am just beginning nursing school this fall but I work as a CNA as if now...we get vitals at our place and we have manual way of checking bp or an electronic one, i know that for clinicals we probably have to pass somehow with a manual one??? is that true? and i always use the electronic one because when i use the manual one, i am not sure if i hear it or if im even right...Help plz...

Yes, but it sounds like you have some time to practice. Buy a stethoscope and sphygmomonometer, (you'll probably need them for nursing school anyhow and you can get them pretty cheap online) and practice on friends and family this summer, or at work, do manual ones when you have time and have a patient that doesn't mind having it done twice.
