School Nurses who teach in the classroom either occasionally or on a
regular basis are asked to participate. Please also forward this survey
to any health teachers in your school or district.
DePaul University graduate student is gathering attitudes and opinions
from school health and public health educators via informal online
survey. The survey is non-invasive, completely anonymous and should
take less than 5 minutes to complete the 13 question survey.
