Re: Sub school nurse's

Yes, we have terrible time also. While full time school nurses in my system are paid very well, subs earn a pittance. And when we do get a really good and available sub, it seems we need to replace one of our regulars and we hire the sub as a full-time employee. Whoops, no more sub. Our best source is recently retired school nurses who "just want to keep a hand in".
