Sick, sick, sick

This is my first year in school nursing. I am getting sick ALL THE TIME. I swear I've had about a week of health. If I'm not fighting off something, I've got in and I'm home with a fever.

Is this normal?

My first year as a nurse, I was getting sick all the time. I told my MD that I was going to just set up a tent in his back office and camp out until I get sick again...which seemed to be every month or so!

I started taking REAL vitamins instead of the over the counter ones and decided to eat better, drink more fluids. I haven't had a cold in awhile.:hatparty:
