Thanks! I'm considering Northeast NY.......Hudson valley area in the Catskills. I have a cottage in Windham, NY (Skiing) and if I sell my home in NJ and move up there housing costs won't be an issue because I own land and can build something pretty nice. I'm just looking at what kind of salaries are out there for teaching or school nursing. I know the hospital pay is low and I want to put my MSN to use and have a better lifestyle! I may make $50/hour here in NJ working at the bedside for agency.......but it's all relative when homes are $600,000 and taxes are another $10,000 per year, car insurance kills you, etc.

It just never ends here in NJ so in a few years I want to get out! Just planning........thanks!
