Name Extra Pay Incentives

The School Supt. just spoke to the Nurse Group (8 RNs, 9 CNAs) today. He said the District received money to distribute incentives among all staff members. He said in a month he wanted us to come up with a list of extra pay incentives for something outside of normal work expected of the job. So add ideas of ways RNs or CNAs could be rewarded with $500-1000 for something that would be fair to all for something outstanding. Also add who would be the person in charge of determining if that something was met or complished according to the criteria. We don't have a coordinator or district nurse. We have 2 RNs that split the lead but are requesting the hiring back of a coordinator. So maybe the principal or her secretary may have to monitor the incentives. Let me hear your ideas!!! I want the extra pay but I want it be realistic. I can't home visit. SMile.
