As a school nurse, do we have the liberty to give copies of student physical and shot records to a before and after school daycare that is not affiliated with the school system ? They feel we should give it to them for their records. I am having some bad vibes on this one !!

You can absolutely not share with them. You cannot share any personally identifieable inforamtion with any outside agency, It is a federal privacy law - FERPA. They, not you, need to get a signed authorization to exchange information form from the parents.
