When I applied at DaVita before an offer was extended I went to what they call a "reality day" interview. The staff I'd be working with got a chance to meet me and I got a chance to see what dialysis is all about.

3 days later I had a job offer. For me the hiring process was very slow. From the time I applied till the time I started work was over a month and a half, maybe 2.
