Wanting to know what patient care delivery system you use

Hi, this is my first time posting for this forum. What I am looking for is to know what type of patient care delivery systems you use and your thoughts on them. We presently use a primary nursing setup in our hospital based outpatient unit. We have found it to be somewhat combersome and are looking for a new idea. Please let me know what you use and how it works for you. We have no formal charge nurse in our unit and the patient base is 60 patients.
