oh u are so young! i am filipino and i took up nursing school in the phils but i can't advise u about dialysis nursing in the phils as i have no idea. (your profile says u are still in the phils.) if you are planning to be a dialysis nurse here, u don't need training because the company/hospital will train you. but you do need at least 1 year acute care experience preferrably in the ICU. Also being bilingual (meaning in America, spanish-speaking & english-speaking ) will be a lot of plus. all the best!

Hi! I am working here in Canada as Hemodialysis Nurse. I am just curious what agency is paying 50dollars /hr/pt in Jacksonville, Florida. What is the ratio of the Nurse to the Pt?Here in Canada is 1:3 in 4hrs. session.
Thanks for any information you can share to me as I am also planning to move in the U.S sometime next year.
