renal failure drugs (HELP me)

why doctors prescribed drugs such as: HEMOSTAN, NGT PATCH(DEPONIT), CELEBREX, PHYTOMENADIONE(VIT. K)... PLEASE DO HELP. THANKS.

Moving to the Renal Nurses forum, since this doesn't seem to be a nursing career question.

A good drug reference guide might help you as well.

THANKS ANYWAY. YAH I HAVE MY OWN DRUG HANDBOOK. JUST WANT TO HEAR YOU OPINION OR IM JUST HOPING TO LEARN MORE

There are various reasons a renal patient might need these drugs, depending on their comorbidities.
Cardiac disease, HTN, and CHF are a major comorbidity.. as is diabetes. Many renal patinets are elderly and might need these other drugs for many reasons besided renal failure. You might look up each drug individually to see what each is indicated for... that will tell you a lot.
