Hi dear all :

I work in NKF of Singapore for 2 years, still have a lot question about dialysis,,, recently , one of our patients AVG failed, I needle her at her last dialysis ,i can fell her AVG thrill &bruize, but ,at hernext dialysis ,when my co-worker needle her, V side, unsuccessful ,then she left the needle in her "V "side, went to needle other patients, when she came back to that pt, took out the needle ,and wanted to needle again, noticed no thrill & bruize at all ,, I think it maight be cloted in the pt AVG ,or maight be when she needle the first the AVG already failed??
