Epithelial Cells In Urine

hi guys!
what does it mean if a patient does have
epithelia cells: "MANY" reaction: acidic
color: hazy amorphous urates: moderate
pus cells: 0-2 bacteria: occassional

correct me if im wrong the patient has
bacterial infection but no UTI and many
epithelial cells is pre-cancerous? pls help
me go about this thanks!

Usually it just means that the sample wasn't very clean.

oh but that does not mean it has something to do with
CA? the patient was just unhygienic thx!
